What is your current processing time?

If you are part of a group sale/fundraiser, our current processing time is up to 10 business days from the close of your sale/fundraiser.  If you are an individual, our current processing time is 7-10 business days. If you order a finished garment from our website or social medias (noted in listing), It is available for pick up or delivery immediately. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.  We do our best to get orders processed sooner!

Can I return my item if I don’t like how it fits? 

Because all our garments are made to order and custom, there are no returns or exchanges on any items. This includes products that are not customized with names or numbers. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size, have a timeline that conflicts with our processing time, or you don’t like the color combo you chose. We will try our best to offer you a discount code to order something you love though!

My order has a mistake, what do I do?

If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it for you! If we have made a mistake please contact us ASAP via Contact Us on our website. We will make arrangement to collect the garment. Your item will only be remade if you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving your items (or when the delivery was made to event coordinator). Please note that we cannot offer remakes on items that have experience normal wear and tear or have not been properly washed.

My garment has a flaw or is damaged, what do I do?

If your garment has a flaw or is damaged please contact us ASAP via Contact Us on our website. We will make arrangements to collect the damaged garment from you. Your item will only be remade if you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving your items (or when the delivery was made to event coordinator). Please note that we cannot offer remakes on items that have experienced normal wear and tear or have not been properly washed. You will be notified when the order is ready! Allow 5-7 business days for the processing time of your recreated garment.
