Please Contact Us and let us know you would like your order to be shipped.  We will send you a separate invoice with the shipping amount.  

*Fundraisers/Group Sales:  Orders will be delivered to event coordinator (8-10 business days after the close of event).  If you need to arrange a pick-up from our warehouse, please Contact Us.
